Within Safari on itouch you can add a shortcut to Home screen by selecting a plus sign and choose “Add to Home Screen” and voila … the webpage will now have a shortcut at the home screen and also a small thumb icon that will fit on your apps collection.
Go to ssh and find that file on /var/mobile/Library/WebClips, your shoortcut is at there !
