I do not really remember when this problem started, but now, each time i play a youtube video, the color hue will skew to blue using my ubuntu 11.10 installation. The hue problem only arise on firefox and chromium browser, minitube, totem, smplayer, vlc and tvtime not showing this issue, so this must not related with video driver and I can put my finger to adobe flash player. Go back to my klixs system on the same machine with same latest flash plugin version 11.2.202.228 also play the video with wrong color hue, like this :
Downgrading flashplayer must solve this, I know, but some say : resistance is futile, … I must go on. 😀 Deleting youtube cookies preferences called “PREF” also returns nothing, so I try to use html5 on youtube.com/html5 page, and … voila … it works.
Yeah, I know, Not all youtube videos will work with HTML5, but for this time being … I choose not to give a f*ck 😀

And oh, you may also want to try disabling hardware acceleration first, by right clicking on youtube video and choose “Disable Hardware Acceleration” option. 😀
